Our Safety Policy

The safety policy of our firm includes practices and procedures that safeguard employees against dangers and associated hazards in their work environment. The safety practice at a plant or at a site will include, but not be limited to all types of equipment inspection, hazardous substances, material, gases, first aid, security, safety promotion, smoking policy, house-keeping, fire prevention and take local authority requirement into consideration.

 

All the employees are required to implement the approved safety program of a client for a project, in order to carry out their installation and commissioning work with a minimum risk to human health, life, equipment and property. The safety target for all our projects is zero accidents. Our firm will not compromise safety for production. We expect that every activity associated with our business shall be conducted safely without risk to personnel and property. MERIT primary consideration in the evaluation of the success of completed projects is that the project safety records shall reflect zero lost accidents.
